Application for HR Manager
I am Bachelor in Science and a first class MBA in supply chain Management from VIT University VELLORE TN Also SAP MM module and CIPS certify Membership NO (05638013), 20 years’ experience in Construction (Road, civil contractor site ) Oil & Gas (Transportation of rig material from Muscat port to Block 60) ,Effective coordination with project team e.g, road/civil project, Drilling Project at PDO site, complete coordination with import & logistic team, continuous follow up for project completion cycle. Also coordination with different project related department Project management Raw Material Procurement for Project/Production planning on by monthly basis ,and follow-up day to day material for different project site, Operation and maintenance service planning implementation for Raw material market research, provide direct support Muscat port inbound requirement ,complete follow up with freight forward contractor & subcontractor to reach shipment on time and at the same time coordination with logistic team to line of Vendor management & Development monthly high value planning & process ,Logistic inbound & freight planning on monthly basis ,procurement inventory management, procurement planning as per BOQ ,complete involvement with different project planning, tender board meeting ,bids evaluation , tender submission, material inventory & warehouse stock planning, ,supply chain management, contract /subcontract /also regular communication & Negotiation with all kind of client & vendor .
Key Responsibilities Plan and order materials in co ordination with the Project Division to ensure all project requirements and schedules are met Follow up receiving Quotations and making price comparisons Followup and expedite the delivery Conduct vendor evaluation and vendor ratings Develop of new vendors considering their product quality product cost and capability Ensuring all contracting and procurement activities are conducted in accordance with policy and sound ethical and business practices.
Accountable to the contract manager for ensuring that all aspects of the clients work portfolio for a specific cluster are delivered to agreed cost, schedule, quality and HSE requirements. • Responsibility for the effective delivery of projects, engineering and design, procurement, construction, maintenance and project services support activities associated with the client’s requirements for a specific cluster. Supervisory responsibilities are the line management of all delivery personnel associated with the cluster delivery stream. Act as a focal point for client on all aspects of cluster requirements. • Responsible for maintaining & developing formal and informal client interfaces and relationships. Take ownership of all client requirements relative to projects, FCP’s Integrity works, maintenance & construction activities to ensure that the services are delivered to cost, schedule, quality and HSE requirements. Accountable for commercial delivery of PDO work program. • Accountable for accurate work control, reporting and management. • Ensure all discipline engineering work is carried out in accordance with cluster priorities and schedules as set out in the integrated plan. • Ensure all procurement activities are aligned in accordance with the overall project schedule. Vendor and third party liaison and coordination as required.
Build the Procurement functions capability viz effectiveness of procurement activities effectiveness of the procurement vendor empanelment development material and inventory management practices etc Ensure assured uninterrupted supply of material services to facilitate timely completion of projects Support the contract function in identifying the right vendor for procurement pricing Provide value engineering inputs Proactively collaborate with projects other functions to identify the procurement needs well in advance to ensure timely delivery Negotiate contracts and formulate policies discuss vendor performance metrics provide contract specific performance feedbacks to discuss procurement forecast or changes Locate vendors of materials equipment or services and interview them to determine availability terms of sale etc Work in collaboration with stores in order to ensure materials availability at stores on time without stock outs affecting operations Ensure effective data discipline in the function to facilitate accurate information to all stake holders through MIS Keep abreast of the latest trends developments in new materials and vendors suppliers.
