Job Description: Our client is a leading multi billion dollar American based Corporation with a product reach across 50 countries and over 60,000 employees across various locations. Due to our client's on going desire for quality, they are currently looking for a Transactional Six Sigma Black Belt. This role is highly operational and will be geared towards achieving annual Six Sigma Benefits in the client's Distribution region by coaching Six Sigma process champions to ensure Six Sigma principles are understood, embedded, and deployed throughout the organization and are an integral part of the business plan and metrics. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities including but not limited to: Developing, supporting and delivering best-in-class productivity gains as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan, supporting Sales Offices project champions, mentoring green belts to enable project success and maintaining project log and performance databases. To succeed in this role, you must be black belt trained with exposure to a commercial distribution organization.
