This is an exciting opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to oversee and coordinate the company's financial activities. This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including developing and evaluating the company's financial objectives, preparing and defining budgets, reviewing credit and payroll reports, monitoring sales/financial transactions and accounting records. In addition the incumbent will control cash management, review cost reduction, saving studies and provide direction as needed when developing company's investment strategy. The CFO will be expected to plan and study investment opportunities, advise on mergers, capital financing, purchasing and sale of businesses and other finance related matters. To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with a minimum of 10 yeas experience in Financial Management and proficiency in using Accounting Software.
