Our client is embarking upon a mega retail concept across GCC in a highly specialized product domain and as such they are currently searching for this key management position. The integral role of the CEO will be to oversee and coordinate the Company's business activities (including logistics, operations, business and project development, marketing, finance, administration, information technology, human resources, training, etc). The successful incumbent will be responsible for enhancing the Company's public image and acting as the Company's chief spokesperson in public meetings and conventions. This role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities including collaborating with the Board of Directors Representative on establishing long term plans, strategies, policies and procedures. You will meet regularly with key managers to discuss the running of operations, ensure efficient execution of business activities across the organisation and provide directions as required. By ensuring that corporate policies and procedures are communicated to and are uniformly understood by all staff as well as ensuring their proper implantation you will ensure your success in this challenging position. To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 10 years management experience, preferably in a large multi-national retail organisation. You must hold a Masters Degree in a Business Administration or related field and have the capacity to monitor the corporate performance objectives, the progress of the corporate strategies and financial and operational goals of a highly successful and growing business.
