After 20 years in business, they have already earned a name for quality and total commitment towards its customers and projects. Due to rapid expansion of the real estate market, our client has embarked upon major projects across UAE, broader Middle East and UK. They are currently looking for a General Manager with strong marketing background to be based in Dubai, who can lead the team members and follow through the projects/international marketing until their completion. It will be helpful to have background within the construction industry but is not essential. Due to the increasing external competition, the ability to manage costs and implement systems would be desirable.
