These tasks will include database management; basic CV screening; professionally formatting candidates profiles for client presentation and participating on search assignments to ensure prompt and professional weekly reporting to clients. In addition, the successful candidate will act as coordinator with legal websites on retained and non-retained advertised selection advertisements; liaise with candidates and clients arranging interviews, meetings, taking initial interview feedback; Mosaic website and advertising maintenance. If you are an individual who has had exposure to Law (you may be a Law graduate or a legal secretary), has English as your first language and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would be extremely interested in speaking to you.
