This role holds a strategic function supporting the division in managing the procurement of indirect goods and services. The role itself is crucial in ensuring the team delivers significant competitive advantage through accurate data maintenance and performance tracking of key suppliers. Maintaining supplier catalogue systems, acting as the key point of contact for suppliers and internal customers for electronic purchasing and catalogue publication will also be vital objectives for this position. To be successful, a minimum of two years solid administration experience is required, coupled with excellent prioritizing and inter-personal skills. Advanced MS Office knowledge and a pro-active approach to managing all queries as they arise is all essential to be considered for this position. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, with preference US or UK educated candidates preferred.
