Specialization in Human Resource Management or on-the-job experience. Job Description: Key Function Fully responsible for the Human Resources function in KSA, Bahrain and Jordan. Overall duties include: Day to day management, Generalist responsibilities, Recruitment, and Employee Relations. Partner with other departments. Work with the Regional Human Resources Manager, the HR Team, the Regional Sales Director and other Showtime departments to support the organisation in achieving its overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Day to Day Management Supervise and manage the workload for the KSA HR Team. Forecast and manage KSA, Bahrain & Jordan HR budget. Manage approved headcount. Work with department heads to maintain approved headcount or obtain required approval for positions outside of approved headcount. Complete monthly HR report delivered to the Regional Human Resources Manager at the end of each month. Demonstrate the value of the Human Resource function and the link to improving business results Generalist Ensure all policies and procedures are developed, approved, communicated and administered to all employees and management. Manage the relationship with KSA labour authorities and other appropriate governmental bodies. Manage annual increment and bonus process. Coordinate with Finance department to provide department heads with current Total Compensation information. Manage orientation process for new joiners of all levels. Manage vacation and sick leave recording and produce quarterly vacation/sickness reports for department heads. Manage personnel records Manage end of service entitlement Manage monthly payroll Recruitment Consult with hiring managers on selection/staffing needs. Ensure that Showtime meets and exceeds it's Saudisation quota ongoing. Create recruitment process from initial selection/staffing conversation to new joiner orientation. Source candidates using the most efficient and cost effective means. Expand beyond standard sources for identifying candidates. Train hiring managers on interview techniques, behavioral interviewing, and interview process. Work with hiring manager to determine viability of each candidate, formulate employment offer and create employment contract. Update and maintain all job descriptions. Employee Relations Involvement in all employee relations matters. Involvement may range from: counseling staff, coaching of supervisors/managers on appropriate next steps, and representing the company during the improvement/termination process.
