Skills Required: Telecoms company seeks Computer Science graduate with 3 - 5 years' experience supporting software applications for customers, networking, UNIX and/or Oracle expertise and GSM and SS7 skills. Responsibilities include developing workarounds to limit customer downtime, replication and diagnosis of reported customer problems, documentation of technical solutions, development, review and implementation of product upgrade and installation process and providing technical training for the operations staff and customers. Role also requires onsite troubleshooting and leadership in development of tools, procedures and techniques to allow effective product support.
