Good understanding of MAP, ISUP, IN, CAMEL and Network Elements such as HLR, VLR, SMSC, GMSC critical and excellent knowledge of UNIX server side system administration tools, programming languages and scripting languages: C++, Shell Scripting, Java, Java Script important.
