Skills Required: International law firm wishes to expand its Project Finance team with the addition of 2 lawyers 4-6 years' pqe. The first lawyer will have experience of drafting contracts associated with energy, transport and oil & gas infrastructure projects (e.g. fuel supply agreements, power purchase agreements) as well as analyzing bid documents and managing transactions. The second lawyer will have a banking/finance focus and perhaps some Islamic financing experience. UK/NZ/Australia qualified lawyers with existing Middle East projects experience strongly preferred.
