Job Description: Our client is a household name and truly one of the world's most successful and high profile companies in the FMCG sector. A superb opportunity has now arisen for a 4-6 year qualified company/commercial lawyer to join the legal team of its Middle East & Africa Region operation based in Dubai This is a high profile position which will involve providing legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters relating to customer development contracts, franchise, marketing, sponsorship, licensing and purchase agreements; and, potentially, corporate acquisition transactions. To succeed in this role it is essential you can work in a dynamic fast moving environment and be able to influence and guide the senior Commercial team. Commercial acumen will therefore be as critical as your outstanding legal ability and your excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
