Job Description: Our client is one of the largest and most widely represented international banks in the Middle East, and has over 29 branches throughout the United Arab Emirates. A vacancy has arisen within the Financial Planning Services area of the Bank, where the Financial Planning Managers are responsible for providing a high quality financial planning service and sales expertise, across a range of Group and third-party products. The area now requires a Personal Assistant to provide effective support to Branch based Financial Planning Managers. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Performing customer blacklist checks and World checks. Assist FPM to obtain necessary documentation, and complete paperwork and administrative tasks. Maintaining a proper filing system. Resolving customer queries and dealing with enquiries. Diary management.
