Job Description: FITNESS CENTRE MANAGER Responsible for managing the gym services provided within the club to ensure members and guests receive a quality, personalized gym experience. Hire, supervise and coordinate activities of the gym. Ensure efficient operation and delivery of exceptional member and guest services. Responsible for tracking and monitoring monthly financial result, ensuring completion of daily checklists and hourly walkthroughs. Candidates will be required to delegate and supervise the completion of all maintenance improvements and member requests, complete proper inventory system for the gym services and products. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gym and assists with the coordination of efforts between other departments. Train, supervise and schedule associates to ensure continuous coverage and efficient service delivery. Comply with and manage to established operational policies and procedures. Adhere to club policies and procedures including confidentiality, manager on duty, and hospitality desk manual. Perform human resources activities for gym staff in accordance with corporate human resources policies and procedures including recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, performance management, and termination. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience managing a gym or health club and should have prior experience as a fitness trainer.
