Job Description: Our client is a well reputed FMCG multinational. The key responsibilities of the position include developing and delivering annual operating plan, managing communication and promotions, liaison with advertising and market research agencies, new product development, coordination with distributors and sales team for marketing activities. To qualify you must be thorough with communication development tools, familiar with market research and media planning tools and techniques, possess very good quantitative skills, analytical abilities and well versed with marketing principles. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Marketing Management with minimum 5 to 7 years work experience in consumer marketing, preferably fast moving consumer goods, have independently managed brands and budgets, have experience in new product development/consumer understanding projects. Middle East experience is a must. Package offered is AED 25,000 to 30,000 plus bonus. An excellent remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
