Job Description: Job Title: Regional Credit Manager Multinational Bank Our client a leading multinational bank is looking for a responsible candidate to manage the Credit Policy across products for the Middle East region. They will be required to manage the delivery of service to branches and customers through speedy and accurate credit decisions on personal banking credit applications that fall outside documented policy. Be able to maintain and ensure compliance to all standards, and also review the Risk Reward Proposals and new product proposals. The jobholder will be required to co-ordinate audit response, sharing of common audit findings with the areas and monitor asset quality & portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years experience in Retail Financial Services and at least 4-5 years work experience in Credit/Credit operations department of an international/reputed bank. Have excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate will be knowledgeable of the Middle East lending markets and the Profit & loss dynamics and Risk/Reward relationships. An excellent package of AED 17,000 to AED 19,000 will be offered to the right candidate.
