Job Description: Financial Reporting Manager Multinational Bank On behalf of our client, a leading Multinational Bank we seek a Financial Reporting Manager who will manage all aspects of financial reporting, management reporting and group reporting. This is one of the most challenging roles in the organization and the incumbent will be responsible for the relationships with the regional sites; and will also act as the point of contact with regards to all finance issues originating from these sites. This position will demand working in close contact with offices based in, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine. The primary responsibilities include Ensure the accurate and reliable financial reporting by careful planning & time management and by following appropriate reconciliation procedures Provide high quality finance support to the regional sites by ensuring that all finance issues originating from the sites are satisfactorily resolved within the agreed time lines. Improve the efficiency of finance processes by constantly reviewing processes and procedures recommending practices which enhance controls and improve efficiency Manage the changing information requirements For this position we seek a well seasoned professional with proven banking, financial, analytical and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with 5 years working experience within the finance function of a large financial organization. Sound knowledge and understanding of recent developments in banking finance would be an added advantage. Excellent package with benefits offered for the right candidate.
